We ordered a kitchen for our holiday cottage near Dorchester, Dorset Steve Dummer at The Kitchen Designer was fantastic - all arrived on time and Steve was even able to organise a fridge and freezer for us at the 11th hour when John Lewis let us down. The kitchen looks marvellous and has transformed the cottage - very many thanks to all!

Having redesigned the home, turning two rooms into one - the plan was to have a massive, showroom standard kitchen as a bit of a feature. We trawled around looking for ideas and inspiration, and finally came across Mr Steven Dummer in the Chichester showroom. He took on our challenge, owning the problem and coming up with solution after solution - needless to say, we sat back whilst Mr Dummer designed the most wonderful of kitchens, gave us a cracking deal and held our hand until completion. We are delighted with our kitchen, with everyone who sees it saying 'wow'.

After changing our minds several times, and trying to work within our budget, Steve Dummer, the Worthing kitchen designer, was very patient and came up with some great ideas to improve our initial thoughts. He intuitively seemed to understand what we were looking for and very carefully lead us down the path towards our beautiful new Masterclass kitchen. After several visits to sort out the design, and to meticulously check measurements, etc, the kitchen was finally ordered. The units arrived on time and the recommended fitters, Paul Rapley and Simon Newcome, were a delight to have around, courteous and meticulous in the fitting of the kitchen. Steve Dummer kept in contact during installation and visited us on the last day to check that all had gone well. He visited again once the flooring had been fitted to ensure we were happy with everything. We could not fault the flawless service from Steve and the team and would recommend The Kitchen Designer kitchens without hesitation to anyone who likes excelent service and attention to detail. Everything about The Kitchen Designer is founded on quality and it shows. Our new kitchen looks amazing.

Excellent service from start to finish Steve Dummer at The Kitchen Designer helped us with the planning of our room. He enabled us to fit in mud more, and in a much better layout than we had anticipated. He was also very helpful in answering all sorts of questions that arose as work progressed. Steve supervised the whole operation until completion, and visited to see the end result Mke Munroe fitted the units for us using some of the worktop which had been cut out for the sink to make some lovely shelves. He is an exceptional carpenter, as was evident from all of his work All in all, we are delighted with the service we received, and the resulting enhancement of our kitchen utility room

Great communication, several visits, delivery was on time, the kitchen was exactly as desired and all went extremely smoothly, We love our new kitchen and are very grateful for the help and advice in making it the perfect choice for us, Steve Dummer at the Worthing branch was excelent throughout.
